NEW HIRE PROGRAM:
New hires will receive $250.00 after successfully
completing six months of service. They will receive another $250.00 after successfully
completing one year of service.
REFFERAL PROGRAM:
When a current/active
employee of Midwest Railcar Repair, Inc. refers someone to Midwest Railcar
Repair, Inc. and that person is hired and successfully completes one year
of service, the referring employee will receive $250.00. The referring
employee must be employed at the one year anniversary date to receive
referral bonus.
